Meet Kristina

Kristina Picciotti is a fractional CFO and business transformation strategist who helps small and mid-sized companies gain financial clarity, increase profitability, build scalable operations and sell your business with expert support. With more than 20 years of experience across IT, retail, restaurants, and industrial recycling, she specializes in fixing messy financials, strengthening leadership teams, and rebuilding companies from the inside out.

In 2017, Kristina successfully negotiated the sale of a major military contract for Global Electronic Recycling—an achievement that positioned one owner to retire and allowed the other to continue operating the business with long-term stability.

In 2020, during the height of the global pandemic, Kristina purchased the company herself. Despite unprecedented economic volatility and without receiving a single dollar of government COVID relief funding, she grew the company faster and more efficiently than ever before. During her leadership, she helped increase revenues by more than 200% and improved profit margins from 10% to 25% through disciplined financial systems, operational restructuring, strategic pricing, and EOS-style leadership development. She also negotiated multiple high-value contracts, including those with Fortune 100 companies. She later sold the company in a private equity transaction, which she personally negotiated, performed all due diligence and successfully and timely closed.

Today, as the founder of Blue Frog Strategy, Kristina provides fractional CFO services, operational strategy, leadership development, and fraud-prevention systems for business owners who want clarity, control, and sustainable growth.
